Dr. Chojnowski, ND has been practicing medicine since 2010. She received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College in western Massachusetts and went onto earn her doctorate in naturopathy as well as a certificate in midwifery from Bastyr University outside of Seattle, Washington. Currently Dr. Chojnowski practices family centered care in Bedford, NH, though she sees patients all over the world via telemedicine. Her specialties include women’s health, including adrenal fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, and autoimmune disorders, as well as pediatric care and the treatment of tick borne illnesses.   Dr. Chojnowski is passionate about holistic care and mind body medicine, using genetic/epigenetic support, nutritional counseling, herbal and nutrient therapies, yoga and meditation, as well as standard medications for the treatment of illness. As a naturopath, Dr. Chojnowski believes strongly in every individual’s inherent capacity to heal and the importance of removing obstacles to one’s health. She adheres strongly to the principles of Naturopathic Medicine, which are as follows: Primum No Nocere (First do no harm) Vis Medicatrix Naturae (The healing power of nature) Tolle Causam (Identify and treat the cause) Tolle Totum (Heal the whole person) Docere (The physician as teacher) Prevention   Dr. Chojnowski is a member of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS), the Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine (AARM), and the Seeking Health Educational Institute (SHEI).   Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Chojnowski’s passions include the relationship with her husband and 4-year-old twins, practicing and teaching yoga, regular meditation, and travel.
