So many people I know send away for their genetic test results and end up at a loss.  They get a whole long list of problematic genes and a heck of a lot of contradictory information. The diet they were supposed to follow for one SNP might be exactly the foods to avoid for another.  How to sort out the confusion?

Or maybe it’s never even occurred to you that you have a SNP, let alone that it might be responsible for your fatigue, insomnia, irritability, ADHD, depression. Once you learn that you can eliminate these “normals” and replace them with energy, healthy sleep, balanced mood, focus, and optimism, you’ll celebrate!

But there’s one big obstacle:  You’ve never been taught what you need to know in order to support your genes.

And that’s a shame, because it’s your genes which make all systems go in your body.  Your genes are constantly helping your body rebuild and renew: regenerating your skin, repairing your gut lining, renovating the cells in your brain.  They’re working constantly, every moment of your life—but you’re not giving them the support they need.

Many of your health issues spring from a combination of overworked and underworked genes. These issues can often be resolved by supporting your genes—but you don’t know that.

So you don’t support your genes.  Instead, you turn towards a pill. You swallow it and that pill tells your genes to shut up. The problem is still there. All you’ve done is tell your genes to stop waving the white flag.

Now, here’s the good news:  If we reduce the amount of work that your genes need to do, then we reduce the chance that you will push them to their limits.

That’s where I come in.  I’m going to show you how to find out which of your genes need extra support.  And then I’m going to help you give it to them.
