What Causes Gray Hair

Premature gray hair is common during times of stress. Why is this?

High stress causes an increase in monoamines such as dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine.
In order for your body to process these stress neurotransmitters, one uses up vitamin B2 – known as riboflavin. In order for the body to reuse riboflavin, it releases hydrogen peroxide.
Hydrogen peroxide is what can cause gray hair.
This is why liposomal glutathione may be useful to those with premature gray hair.

Reducing stress is also critical – and in order to do that, obviously one needs to identify causes of stress, remove them or reduce them. This cannot always happen, so I’ve created a formulation which helps take the edge off for many people.
